Managers & Teams
SWEC managers are highly qualified and experienced professionals. All colleagues must be supportive and caring, whilst providing appropriate boundaries, to meet individual children and young people's needs. Staff receive extensive training and ongoing support, and SWEC ensure any potential colleagues meet our stringent vetting processes.
Registered Managers – Are highly experienced, well qualified and focused on the young people in their care and their home's teams.
Teams – Are chosen carefully to meet the individual needs of children and young people, ensuring a cohesive team dynamic, that provides trauma informed care, love and individual support.

They have a way in which they are able to establish positive working relationships, to hear the child’s voice and use this to drive forward change and support young people to meet their goals and meet their potential.
